“We have had an excellent ongoing relationship with EBCON since 2017—they have done several major renovations for us. Two indoor, including a full kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a pool rebuild that was quite complicated.
We also use them for ongoing maintenance on our house. We rarely go a month without seeing someone from Ebcon helping us with something. Whenever anything goes wrong, we call them first, and they handle getting whatever it is fixed—whether it is a roof leak at 6am, evidence of rodents, or a malfunctioning appliance.
They also come once a year and do a full inspection of the house and give us a list of what needs fixing, and then we work with them to decide what is most important. We have referred them to numerous friends, all of whom have been very happy with their work.
They have managed to stay reasonably within budget, except in those instances where unforeseen conditions were discovered. They worked with us to provide several options and we were happy with the result.
Overall, we have found them to be very responsive, honest, prompt, and very helpful. I wish we had known of them sooner—they take away a lot of the anxiety of having to find new trades each time. They are very good at handling things and have been very helpful when we have been traveling.”
